Beware of The Chair. Part [9] 06/10/2025 (Evening thought)

John 20:Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulcher. So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulcher.

Resistance training and aerobic exercise both helped to lower insulin resistance in previously sedentary older adults with abdominal obesity at risk for diabetes. Combining the two types of exercise proved more beneficial than doing either one alone. People with diabetes who walked at least two hours a week were less likely to die of heart disease than their sedentary counter- parts, and those who exercised three to four hours a week cut their risk even more.

Women with diabetes who spent at least four hours a week doing moderate exercise (including walking) or vigorous exercise had a 40% lower risk of developing heart disease than those who didn't exercise. These benefits persisted even after researchers adjusted for confounding factors, including BMI, smoking, and other heart disease risk factors.

Again, just because your parents and grand parents may have suffered with diabetes, cancers, and high blood pressure it does not necessarily mean that all the children who come after are inevitably bound to suffer from the same ailments. Persons must be very careful of adopting philosophy that is strictly science based, without incorporating the God-factor, via information and instructions that are given by inspiration of God.

Ezekiel 18:1 The word of the Lord came unto me again, saying, 2 What mean you that you use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge? 3 As I live, saith the Lord God, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.

May God add His blessing to the study of His word. “Good night” and God bless!
