The following prophecy was actually presented at Bible study on Sabbath afternoon 12/28/2013 and is now being made available for public consideration.
Many prominent people and many politicians will become Catholics, for they will not be able to withstand the deadly combination of love and lawlessness.
This is just an echo of what is written in the Bible, and soon we are going to see it being fulfilled before our very eyes. In Revelation thirteen verses 3 and 4 it is clearly stated that all the world wondered after the Beast whose deadly wound was healed. When the Bible says all, it means that the overwhelming majority of earth's population with their rulers, politicians, and heads of state will succumb to the subtle machinations of the beast. Furthermore, the additional component of worship being given to the beast is a definite sign that earth's history will be drawing to a close, according to Revelation chapters 13 and 14.
On March 27 2014, the president of the united states is scheduled to meet with pope Francis to discuss the many issues they share in common. Their world view being very similar, we can therefore expect an acceleration of the above mentioned prophecy, for the word of God has been proven to be the most reliable predictor of future events. Let's read:
Revelation 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. 4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
Note well that the Bible specifically states that "they worshipped the beast". Worship does not only consist of thanksgiving and praise, but much rather on obedience to the power to whom one's homage is payed, this according to the scriptures. Let's read:
Matthew 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
In our day, the "commandments of men" include without a doubt, Sunday worship, an institution for which there is absolutely no scriptural authority, and therefore if as a nation, and as individuals we succumb to pressure to legislate morality, including Sunday as the legally binding day of rest, then we will ultimately be "worshipping" the Dragon and the beast, thus following in the footsteps "all" who "wondered after the beast".
Soon we will all have to take a decided stand to follow Christ or to follow the Beast, and on that decision will hang our eternal destiny. We therefore end with a passage of scripture that decidedly points to this cataclysmic conflict between the commandments of God and the commandments of men. Let's read:
Joel 3:13 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great. 14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision. 15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining. 16 The Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.
We hope and pray that each person will take their stand under the banner of the Lord Jesus Christ, and for the commandments which form the foundation of His government. God bless!
