2nd Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
It is not the will of God that any individual should perish, or suffer through the terrors of the last days, for He has made ample provision in Christ so that if any person desires to be saved, they can make their move now, before there’s a rush for the door.
The time will come when there would be a famine in the land, a famine for the unadulterated word of God and many people shall run to and fro searching for answers, but the truth will become a very scarce commodity. Thus, the following steps can and should be taken urgently, by all who earnestly desire the knowledge of God, as it is in Jesus.
[1] If you have been procrastinating and putting off your soul’s salvation for another day, do not delay any longer. No one is promised tomorrow, and your window of opportunity that is opened today can be closed with very short notice, as took place recently in the collapsed towers on Miami beach. Those who died in that tragedy went to bed that night, not knowing that their probation would be closed, and that they would not have another opportunity to make things right before passing.
Hebrews 3:14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end; 15 While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
May The Lord add His blessing to the study of His word. God bless!
