How To Deal With Injustice. Part [9] 02/11/2026 (Evening thought)

Romans 12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirsts give him drink, for in so doing thou shall heap coals of fire on his head. 21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

A swifty is one who embraces ways and means endorsed by Taylor Swift, a Christian is one who adheres to the ways, means, and principles endorsed, and embodied by Christ. Therefore, the following passages lay the foundation for what the Christian should or should not do, if he sees the violent oppression of the poor, or the gross perversion of justice in a province or nation. We are to follow Christ’s ways and means in our actions and in our reactions.

Proverbs 24:17 Rejoice not when thine enemy falls, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbles. 18 Lest the Lord sees it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him….. On the flipside of these instructions are the ways and means employed by the kingdom of darkness, where tit for tat principles are employed. In satan’s kingdom, if you hit me, I would hit back harder, and you will not get away anything, if you were to step on my toes, because you will pay a very high price for doing so.

That is the kingdom of darkness in a nutshell. If you use force, I will use more force, and thus we will find ourselves in a circular firing squad that will not end, until we all drop dead. It is described as mutually assured destruction, where we’ll fight fire with fire, and so, we only get more fire…. Proverbs 24:29 Do not say I will do so to him as he hath done to me: I will render to the man according to his work.

Proverbs 15:1 A soft answer turns away wrath, but grievous words stir up anger.

May God add His blessing to the study of His word. “Good night” and God bless!
