Spiritual Versus Secular Modes Of Thought Part [3] 10/24/2026 (Evening thought)

Proverbs 1:6 To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings. 7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Sometimes you may hear science say that only this or that is possible. Whenever statements like these are made, they must be taken with a pinch of salt, in the context of man’s limited knowledge of science. The many spiritual factors introduced in the Scriptures are actually more potent in producing results that defy logic, and they actually have jurisdiction over every single thing that takes place in the temporal.

There is nothing in the temporal or secular realm that isn’t affected by spiritual factors, minus zero. This is the reason why the Christian must at all times incorporate the God factor, whenever there is some difficulty, or seeming impossibility to surmount. It is even more the case now, than in former years, since there is a tremendous uptick in activity coming from the invisible world, that evolution and science deny.

And because of this the Christian has to make a very deliberate choice to subscribe to the seemingly impossible, in God and His word, so that our faith in Him could be exercised daily, without being tainted by the elements of unbelief with which the earth is being engulfed. To be clear, the spiritual factors we are referring to include such things as believing in God, obedience, faith, trust, hope, discernment, and the fact that The Third person of The Godhead can live inside of you, just as He did in Christ. These factors, make all the difference in life for the Christian.

Proverbs 1:4 To give subtilty to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion. 5 A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels.

May God add His blessing to the study of His word. “Good night” and God bless!
