Dealing Prudently With Gender Issues. Part [7] 04/21/2023 (Evening thought)

Proverbs 22:A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.

The word prudent means “being clever and careful in action and judgment” as we must be with those issues of gender that are knocking at our doors. We probably would not have had to do any Bible study on these matters, were it not for the fact that more and more families, and churches are being affected, one way or the next, by the accelerated expansion of philosophical teachings and the use of indoctrination on these issues.

Therefore, we have no choice but to stake out the Biblical positions clearly, from the word of God, and yet at the same time, we must be prudent in doing so. Thus three questions would be addressed, so as to bring clarity to certain issues in question and we will let God’s word speak for itself. being prudent does not translate into being naive, or compromising, it means stating clearly what God’s word says without altering it, yet being respectful of the right of others to choose.

Anyone who knows what God’s word says about eating shrimp, and other crustaceans, can choose to walk contrary to the scriptures on that matter, with consequences. Persons can go to Walmart and buy a ten pound bag of shrimp, and eat their belly full, and you most likely will never see any holy angel, standing outside the store with a blazing sword in hand. That’s because whatsoever persons may choose to do, they are completely free to do, with the accompanying results.

Proverbs 1:29 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord: 30 They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. 31 Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. 32 For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them. 33 But whoso hearkens unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.

May God add His blessing to the study of His word. “Good night” and God bless!
