James 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
The above are scriptural instructions to deal with diseases in the Christian, who utilizes the shield of faith, when all known, available, God-ordained remedies are exhausted. The question we have to settle in our minds is “Which of the thousands of remedies on the market today are really God-ordained?” For instance, there are prescriptions recommended that have derivatives coming from unclean animals, and puffer fish, snakes, leeches , Gila monsters, dogs and krill are used for a wide variety of treatments and supplements.
Do not take what is being stated at face value, because these things are not being said lightly. Just look up the sources and ingredients in incaptopril, eptifibatide (Integrilin), lepirudin, and exenatide (Byetta), premarin and heparin. God much prefers not to work a miracle to reverse adverse effects which we have incurred by violating the laws of health, if we can avoid disease in the first place. That’s why He has given us a plethora of instructions that will save us many a heartache if they are implemented.
Covid 19 came about as a result of eating forbidden foods. In fact, all of the diseases and deaths that have plagued the human family, all began with eating forbidden foods, and as we near the close of this earth’s history, pandemics and diseases of all sorts are scheduled to greatly increase, in tandem with increased violation. Those who have not yet been infected by Covid should take all necessary precautions, adopting the eight laws of health in a systematic way. God will bless our efforts and He will take up the slack after we have done our very best by obeying His voice.
