Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
It is therefore up to us to choose to make the necessary changes as it pertains to diets and foods and general health reform, and God will grant us grace and power to do so. Whenever we read the plain utterances of scripture, we should avoid trying to reason away what we have read, but should instead ask God for grace to put it into practice.
If the instructions given in this study are followed by any person, let it be known that it is God alone who gave the information, and it is dispensed to all who are desirous of living in harmony with His revealed will. The Lord outlines His ideal will, He encourages and exhorts us to choose that which is good and right, but at the end of the day the choice is ours.
God will not coerce anyone into reforming, for all who would obey and serve Him must do so from their own free will. Therefore we will end our study with a passage of scripture that will help us to remember that all of these things are written for the instruction of all through the ages, but pertains especially to us who are living in the last days of earth’s history.
1st Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
May The Lord add His blessing to the study of His word. God bless!
