Laws Of The Great God. Part [10] 10/14/2021 (Morning thought)

Leviticus 11:26 The carcasses of every beast which divides the hoof, and is not cloven-footed, nor chews the cud, are unclean unto you: every one that touches them shall be unclean. 27 And whatsoever goes upon his paws, among all manner of beasts that go on all four, those are unclean unto you: whoso touches their carcass shall be unclean until the even.

Persons can eat from Whole Foods or they may eat at Mc Donald’s; the determining factor is whether or not we will abide by the provisions, and prohibitions given by The Great Physician, because, believe it or not, both outlets do sell fries and salads. Insurance companies are not charities, they exist to do business, and to turn a profit.

No one should be deluded about whether or not our personal health may be of any grave concern to these institutions, from a solely compassionate perspective, for their bottom line is money. As a matter of fact, the ideal situation for an insurance company, is when healthy people enroll, for this will ultimately drive down medical costs, and expenses to the institution.

But from a purely empathetic perspective, they couldn’t care less whether we live or die. The aforementioned points bring us to the counsels of The Great Physician, for in His Love-letter to the human family, He has stipulated what should, and shouldn’t be eaten. He has also given counsel on issues such as temperance, exercise, and adequate rest, so that his people may enjoy optimum health.

Leviticus 11:3 Whatsoever parts the hoof, and is cloven-footed, and chews the cud, among the beasts, that shall ye eat. 4 Nevertheless these shall ye not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the hoof: as the camel, because he chews the cud, but divides not the hoof; he is unclean unto you. 7 And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be cloven-footed, yet he chews not the cud; he is unclean to you. 8 Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcass shall ye not touch; they are unclean to you.

May The Lord add His blessing to the study of His word. God bless!
