Revelation 22:1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him.
This passage of scripture reveals to us the sacred truth, that although the righteous will come come forth from the grave, clothed with immortal youth, yet there remains a healing process which must transpire over the period of one thousand years, whilst the earth lays desolate, and the wicked are asleep, awaiting their eternal doom at the end of the last millennium. God brings forth His sleeping saints at the second advent of Christ, with a glorified, immortal body, but all, both the risen saints, and those who will be translated to heaven without seeing death, must grow up to the original stature which God originally intended for the human race, a height of many more feet than the tallest man now living.
As was stated before on this forum, God is much more practical and down to earth than many of us realize, and thus, in harmony with His practical, hands-on manner of doing things, He permits the physical maturing process to run its natural course, whereby we will attain to our original stature, by returning to the original diet which God had first given in the garden of Eden. Like with the Hebrews of old, He does not work an instantaneous miracle to cause us to grow up suddenly, but instead gives us the fruits of the tree of life, and the clear, crystal water from the river of life, both of which contain the natural healing properties necessary for health, strength, vitality, longevity, and restoration.
But one thing is certain, there will be no flesh diet or consumption of any animal products in the earth made new, for although these were permitted by God after the flood, they do serve the purpose of cutting our lives short, and in some instances, those who have indulged in the riotous eating of flesh, have succumbed to premature deaths, which could have otherwise been avoided. The Bible states that the shedding of blood defiles the ground, so under no circumstances will the blood of animals be shed anymore in the earth made new, for the former things would have passed away, nevermore to be reinstated or practiced. Let's read:
Isaiah 11:6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. 7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
Isaiah 65:21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them. 25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.
Question: Is it then possible to start the rejuvenation process down here on earth, whilst in this mortal body, so that it could continue uninterrupted throughout eternity by the provisions of God? The answer is a resounding yes, because God is now in the process of taking us from Eden to Eden, and a return to God's original diet, will not only forestall the encroach of decay, disease, and death, but it will set us in a definite path that is in harmony with what God will provide for us in the future, and since practice makes perfect, we may well begin in this life, so we can then pick up from where we would have left off, in the next.
This is the reason why those who will be translated to heaven without seeing death, will have subjected themselves to the necessary disciplines in diet, for according to the Bible, just prior to Christ's second coming, no meat whatsoever will be served to the righteous through the ministration of holy angels, but only bread and water. Let's read:
Isaiah 33:16 He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. 17 Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.
Let us therefore begin to make the necessary transition from a flesh-based diet, to one that consists of fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains, because it is quite possible, that some of us now living, may never taste of death, if we are humble and willing enough to follow where Christ leads the way. We therefore end with a passage of scripture which confirms the sacred truth of translation, and it is the will of God that every believing Christian adopt the diet and methods spoken of in the Bible, for the time is at hand. Let's read:
1st Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
