Why God’s Law Is attacked. Part [14] 06/26/2026 (Morning thought)

Joel 2:1 Blow you the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand.

Joel 2:23 Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. 28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.

There are many men in our world who are like Cornelius.... As God worked for Cornelius, so He works for these true standard-bearers.... They will obtain a knowledge of God as Cornelius did through the visitation of angels from heaven. When divine power is combined with human effort, the work will spread like fire in the stubble. God will employ agencies whose origin man will be unable to discern.

Joel 2:29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. Let us therefore live in readiness, for we are looking at sooner rather than later, the way things are going and the way end time prophecies are unfolding. We therefore end with a passage of Scripture that will remind us of what The Lord has stated will come to pass, and may we all be found faithful in doing our part, as The Holy Spirit leads.

Joel 2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

Why God’s Law Is attacked. Part [13] 06/26/2026 (Evening thought)

Luke 19:39 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples. 40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

[Last Day Events pp 206] He will raise up and exalt among us those who are taught rather by the unction of His Spirit than by the outward training of scientific institutions. An ordinary mind, trained to obey a “Thus saith the Lord,” is better qualified for God’s work than are those who have capabilities but do not employ them rightly. The laborers will be qualified rather by the unction of His Spirit than by the training of literary institutions.

Men of faith and prayer will be constrained to go forth with holy zeal, declaring the words which God gives them. The Spirit is poured out upon all who will yield to its promptings and, casting off all man’s machinery, his binding rules and cautious methods, they will declare the truth with the might of the Spirit’s power. The night is far spent, the day is at hand, and every remnant person who knows what is coming should be humbling themselves in the sight of God.

The reason for this is so that He can use us to the maximum, in finishing up the work of the gospel throughout the world. After the day of Pentecost, the gospel was carried to every inhabited place on the globe, but it was The Holy Spirit who directed and orchestrated the work. Similarly, in our day, the outpouring of The Spirit will move upon individuals to carry the last message of mercy to a dying world.

Acts 2:3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
