Why God’s Law Is attacked. Part [1] 06/20/2026 (Evening thought)

Romans 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

The law of God contained in the 10 commandments is coming under increasing attack, and these attacks will increase and peak during the final conflict of the ages when the mark of the beast will engulf many of earth’s inhabitants. The assaults against God’s law is not only coming from secular forces, it is coming in from the most unlikely places, that’s within Christian circles.

Efforts have been, and are underway to undermine, water down, abolish, and alter God’s law so that it is gutted from the inside out to suit the fancy of men. When God says that marriage is between one man and his female wife, and then legislators make laws saying otherwise, that’s an attack on God’s law. When God says that adverse consequences follow the violation of His law, and legislators come along and grant immunity, so that persons are not held to account, that’s another brazen attack on God’s law.

And when God says that the 7th Sabbath is the only day of rest given to the world, and then the nations of earth designate different days as official days of rest, that’s an attack on God’s law. When mortals begin to crave, and demand worship from fellow mortals, and when yes men are bowing down left, right and center by doing things that they know are wrong, that’s an attack on God’s law.

Romans 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

May God add His blessing to the study of His word. “Good night” and God bless!

From The Cradle To The Grave Part [14] 06/19/2026 (Morning thought)

Psalms 90: 10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.

[Prophets & Kings pp 80] Solomon’s later writings reveal that as he realized more and still more the wickedness of his course, he gave special attention to warning the youth against falling into the errors that had led him to squander for naught Heaven’s choicest gifts. With sorrow and shame he confessed that in the prime of manhood, when he should have found God his comfort, his support, his life, he turned from the light of Heaven and the wisdom of God.

And he put idolatry in the place of the worship of Jehovah. And now, having learned through sad experience the folly of such a life, his yearning desire was to save others from entering into the bitter experience through which he had passed. With touching pathos he wrote concerning the privileges and responsibilities before the youth in God’s service…. To those who are present at Bible study today, and to those who are listening online, God wants us to bear in mind that our entry point is already behind us, and now we must take into consideration that the exit is coming up, sooner or later.

The cradle is in the rearview mirror, and we all are heading for the exits, therefore, it behooves us to do the most and the best with whatever remaining time we have left, for we are here today and gone tomorrow, like the wind that passes by for a brief season. We therefore end with a passage of scripture that should serve the purpose of encouraging us to do all we can, whilst we can, for at the end of the day, it is what you do for the kingdom of God that will last for eternity.

Psalms 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. 17 And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.

May The Lord add His blessing to the study of His word. God bless!
