Where to Return Your Tithes and Offerings. Part [10] 10/06/2025 (Morning thought)

Deuteronomy 12:8 You shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.

Deuteronomy 12:10 But when you go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the Lord your God giveth you to inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that you dwell in safety; 11 Then there shall be a place which the Lord your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall you bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow unto the Lord.

Deuteronomy 12:13 Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that you see. 14 But in the place which the Lord shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee. 17 Thou must not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of your vows which you vow, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand.

Deuteronomy 12:18 But you must eat them before the Lord thy God in the place which the Lord thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the Lord thy God in all that you put thine hands unto.

Deuteronomy 12:26 Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the Lord shall choose.

May The Lord add His blessing to the study of His word. God bless!

Where to Return Your Tithes and Offerings. Part [9] 10/06/2025 (Evening thought)

Acts 2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 47 Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

[Last Day Events pp 43] Let all be careful not to make an outcry against the only people who are fulfilling the description given of the remnant people, who keep the commandments of God and have faith in Jesus. God has a distinct people, a church on earth, second to none, but superior to all in their facilities to teach the truth, to vindicate the law of God. My brother, if you are teaching that the Seventh-day Adventist Church is Babylon, you are wrong.

It becomes obvious that God is very particular, and specific when He speaks of The storehouse, as being My house and therefore we must brush aside all the noise and the fuzzies, and let the word of God speak for itself authoritatively. As we read, let us try to avoid inserting any private interpretations into the Scriptures, for that will do violence to the passages that are being reviewed.

Question: What is the storehouse, and My House? Answer:…Deuteronomy 12:5 But unto the place which the Lord your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall you seek, and thither you shall come. 6 And thither you shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks.

Deuteronomy 12:7 And there ye shall eat before the Lord your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the Lord thy God hath blessed thee.

May God add His blessing to the study of His word. “Good night” and God bless!
